Hello and welcome to the Abbie Payge Photography blog! I am a lifestyle portrait photographer located in the Madison, Wisconsin area. I love fashion and design, and I truly believe it can make the photograph. You will often find me thumbing through fashion and decor magazines for fun new ideas.

I specialize in children's portraiture and my style has been described as modern, rich, and soulful. My greatest joy is capturing all the unique personalities and making connections with my
                                      subjects. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will enjoy my blog and visit often!

Nautical {Madison Family Photographer}

I had the pleasure of photographing the E family last weekend. Rain was forecasted all weekend and we contemplated canceling the session but I am so glad we didn't because it turned out to be a beautiful morning on the water with sail boats and early morning rowers. Thank you Christine it was a pleasure to meet you and your beautiful family. Happy 4th of July!

A-Z Farm Oregon, WI

Last weekend I took my youngest daughter to A-Z Farm in Oregon, WI. The open their barn up to the public a couple times a year during the spring lamb birthing months. We had a blast! It is an inexpensive way to treat your kids to an afternoon on the farm. The have a wide variety of animals to look at and touch! See for yourself ;)

The many faces...... {Madison Childrens Photographer}

Every year around this time I go through my computer and archive old files and as I was going through them I started to see a pattern. As I went through them I could just hear myself trying to coax my youngest daughter into looking at me....."Hey Easser bunny! Look at mama" and most of the time I get a silly looking face like these. This year I am on to her....I am shifting gears and she is not going to know what hit her. Thank goodness she can't read yet ;)

I forgot about this one and just thought it was cute!
